The Ministers are the Soldiers of God.
The Apostles are the Lord’s Generals. As Generals, they are Masters and the Custodians of the word of God. The work of a general is to ensure complete, effective and timely compliance with divine will. Therefore, the primary duties of the Apostles and Ministers are to devote themselves to the Word of God, to pray and to love. Contrary to expectation, most of the Apostles and Ministers are not devoting themselves to the world of God. Instead, they are limiting themselves to very few portions of whatever holy book they use.
Meaning Of Devotion To The Word Of God
Devoting one’s self to the word of God means:
- To receive and welcome the word of God.
Many Apostles and Ministers receive but do not welcome the word of God. They pride themselves of what they already know, and refuse to accept new messages, directives and revelations from the Holy Spirit. They feel that they are the best and that no ordinary man or junior can be so exalted as to speak and direct them.
- To record and compile.
Many of them do not record and compile the new messages and events of God. And if you record, compile and submit to them, they disregard it. I have given several publications to an Apostle of God, but he has not for one day said whether the publications are true, good or bad. If the publications are true, he has not encouraged other Ministers to read the publication. He is afraid of loosing his members or juniors to another Minister.
- To investigate new messages and revelations.
Instead of investigating, many of them reject divine messages, out rightly. And defends themselves for doing so or condemn such oracle by their personal opinions and logical convictions (human reasoning). Both personal opinions and logical convictions are false and misleading. Moses investigated cases and suggestions cases and suggestions by inquiring from God through prayers, meditation and consultation.
...
King Israel always investigated messages from Prophet Elisha and in every case, the prophecy was confirmed.
8 Now the king of Syria was making war against Israel; and he consulted with his servants, saying, "My camp will be in such and such a place." 9 And the man of God sent to the king of Israel, saying, "Beware that you do not pass this place, for the Syrians are coming down there." 10 Then the king of Israel sent someone to the place of which the man of God had told him. Thus he warned him, and he was watchful there, not just once or twice.
2 Kings 6:8-10
- To spread the word of God.
They suppose to do this by distributing, encouraging or promoting what God said. Current Apostles and Ministers feel that if they distribute or promote works of another person, the person shall excel the Apostles and Ministers in public honour and fame. By so doing, most of the Ministers shy away from what God has said. They are more interested in defending their public honour than in doing what God has said. They love themselves far more than they love God.
- To study and explain the words of God.
Several people who have visited heaven have brought down many important, juicy meaningful and powerful words from God. It is the duty of the Ministers to understand the words of God and explain to other people.
- To explore and harvest the word of God.
One person built a website, collected messages and revelations by people from different parts of the world, who have visited heaven. Then, he published the messages to the entire world. Unfortunately, many of the present day religious leaders are not ready to do so. They do not want another person to take away their public honours and respect. In other words, they love public honours more than they love the word of God. At times, I ask myself, “What do religious leaders gain by leading ignorant multitudes?”
Conclusions
By not devoting themselves to the word of God, they become bottlenecks hindering the works of God, while many souls perish into the hell fire. The result is that the religious leaders soon become outdated in the very ministry they suppose to lead. This has happened during the time of Jesus. Then, the religious leaders, Pharisees and scribes were not able to understand and follow Jesus.
The primary duties of the ministers of God remains to devote themselves to the word of God, to pray and to love.
